•  Port Alfred to Kasouga - 16km

Day 2

•  Kasouga to Kariega - 5 km (add 6km paddle)

Day 3

• Kariega to Bokness 12 km (add 6 km paddle back)

• Bokness to Springs 14 km

• Springs to Woody Cape 10 km
